Shipping policy

As all of our items are handmade to order and take time to make, our processing time can vary and may be longer during busier periods. Whilst most orders are made and posted sooner please allow up to 10 business days after placing your order for it to be dispatched. If you need your order for a certain date please contact us before ordering and we will advise you whether or not this is possible.

Once dispatched your order will be handled by the respective mail carrier and will arrive within their estimated delivery times. If you have not received your order 10 business days after receiving a dispatch email please contact us and we will contact the delivery company for an update.

Postage rates vary depending on the size of the item(s) you are ordering. Postage will be calculated at the checkout and you will be charged one of the following rates:

• £1.99 (Bandanas and smaller items) - Royal Mail Standard 1st Class
• £3.00 (Blankets, cushions, quilts etc.) - Royal Mail Standard 2nd class
• £10.99 (Beds) - Parcelforce Worldwide 48hr Tracked
