Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in brand new condition.
To request a return, contact us at by.buddy@outlook.com making sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns for custom orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
When a request for a return has been accepted and you have been provided with details of how to return your item(s) you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Once we have received a return and are happy with the condition of the item(s) you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note refunds exclude any original p&p charges.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, we recommend using a tracked service to return items as we are unable to refund items that do not arrive here.
